Which plan fits

Start with what your business does today.

The plans differ in what they carry, not in how well they do it. All three keep the same ledger, print the same bills and prepare the same GST returns.

Comet

You bill with GST and carry no stock.

A service business, an agency, a contractor's or a consultant's office. You raise GST bills, keep the books, prepare the returns and match the bank statement.

Move up the day you start keeping stock, or need a second PC working on the same books.

Orbit

You buy and sell goods.

A trader, a distributor or a retailer. Stock by godown and rack, e-way bills for goods on the road, cost centres, and every PC in the office working on the main computer's books at once.

Move up when you want budgets or unit conversion.

Nova

You want all of it.

Everything in Orbit, the department budget with actual against it, and unit conversion included.

Extra PCs are charged separately, as on every plan.

In every plan

What Comet, Orbit and Nova all include.

  • The ledgerVouchers, receipts and payments, the day book, the trial balance, profit and loss and the balance sheet, worked out from the entries every time.
  • GST, end to endInvoices, GSTR-1, 3B and 2B, the HSN summary and the annual return, with a check before you file.
  • Bills on your stationeryTax invoices, bills of supply, credit and debit notes, in any of fifteen designs.
  • BankingBank statement import, the Bank Reconciliation Statement and cheque printing.
  • In and outMasters and opening balances in from a spreadsheet; reports out to Excel, CSV or PDF.
  • Audit trail and backupEvery change to an entry recorded, and backups taken for you and restored when you need them.
  • From the keyboardNearly two hundred screens, each opened with a number and a letter.
  • Windows or MacWindows 10 or 11, 64-bit, or a Mac with Apple silicon. Your books stay on your own computer.
What you pay

Every plan, with its GST worked out.

GST at 18% is already inside the price. The launch price is the whole amount the plan's Razorpay page asks for — the last two columns only show how it splits on your invoice.

Nova₹22,419₹14,999₹12,711.02₹2,287.98

For one year and one PC. The amount to pay is rounded to the rupee. An extra PC is charged separately.

The add-ons

Five things you can add, on any plan.

None of these five is bundled free with any plan, Nova included. Bought alongside whichever plan you have, only when your business needs it.

  • Portal filing and downloads₹3,500 a year. Orbit and Nova.
  • WhatsApp sending₹3,000 a year. Every plan.
  • Each further PC over the network₹1,000 a year. Orbit and Nova.
  • Barcode scanning and printing₹5,000 a year. Every plan.
  • Cloud backup₹2,000 a year. Every plan. Not released yet.

Prices include GST. See every add-on, or ask on WhatsApp 90418 83600.

How buying works

Pay online, and the key comes by email.

Three steps, and your trial books are never touched on the way.

  1. Pay on RazorpayEach Buy button opens the plan's own Razorpay page. The price on the card includes GST and is the amount Razorpay asks for.
  2. We email your licence keyWe issue the key and send it to your email. Never over WhatsApp: a key in a message log stays there for ever.
  3. Enter it in the softwarePress 9 then A, paste the key and press Activate. The trial becomes your licence, and everything you keyed stays exactly where it is.
The Your licence screen in Vertex ERP, with the box to paste a licence key and the Activate button.
Where the key goes: the Help menu, 9 then A, About Vertex ERP.
  • Your GST invoiceEmailed to you for the payment.
  • When the key arrivesNormally within one working day, and often much sooner.
  • Bought the wrong plan?Tell us before the key is used, and we move you to the plan you meant, refunding or invoicing the difference.
  • Charged twice, or no key?A duplicate payment is refunded in full; a payment with no key gets the money back or the key. Tell us within seven days. The refund policy
Your licence

What you are buying, in plain words.

One PC
A licence is for one PC. Extra PCs are licensed separately, and can be added later.
One year
It runs for the period you paid for, normally one year from the day the key is issued.
A new computer
Moving your licence to a replacement PC is normal, and is done from inside the software.
When the year ends
Your books are not locked away. You can still open, read and print everything and take a backup; entering new work waits for the renewal.
No subscription
Nothing takes money automatically. If you do nothing when the year ends, nothing is charged.
Updates
Included while your licence is current.
Price changes
A change never affects a licence you have already paid for, for the period you paid for.
Your books
They stay on your own PC. We do not receive your accounts.

A summary. The full wording is in the Terms and Conditions.

Before you buy

Questions people ask.

Is GST included in the price?

Yes. Every price on this page includes GST at 18%, so the figure in large type is the whole amount Razorpay asks for — nothing is added at checkout. Your invoice shows the split: Comet, for example, is ₹4,236.44 plus ₹762.56 GST.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Thirty days of the complete software, every module, on your own Windows PC or Mac. On day thirty-one it asks for a licence key, and nothing you entered is deleted or locked away.

What happens when the year ends?

Your books stay yours. You can still open, read and print everything and take a backup; entering new work waits for the renewal.

My computer has died. Is my licence gone with it?

No. The activation screen offers "That computer has gone", which frees the licence for the new PC, so there is nothing to wait for.

We have more than one PC.

Each extra PC is charged separately and can be added later. Orbit and Nova let every PC work on the main computer's books at once. Write to sales@vertexerp.co.in for the price for your number.

Is it a subscription?

No. A licence runs for the period you paid for and simply ends unless you renew it. Nothing takes money automatically, and there is nothing to cancel.

How soon does the licence key arrive?

Normally within one working day of paying, and often much sooner. It comes by email, never over WhatsApp. If it has not arrived, check the spam folder, then write to support@vertexerp.co.in.

Does it run on a Mac?

Yes. Vertex ERP runs on Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), or on a Mac with Apple silicon, M1 or later.

Do I need the internet?

A connection is needed only to activate a licence and to fetch updates.

Where are my accounts kept?

On your own PC. Vertex ERP keeps your books there, and we do not receive them.

Not sure yet?

Try the whole thing first.

Every module for thirty days, with your own invoices in it. Buy when you are sure, and nothing you keyed has to be keyed again.
