Refund and Cancellation Policy
The thirty-day free trial is how you decide whether Vertex ERP suits you, and it is why this policy is short.

Try it before you pay
The complete software runs on your own PC for thirty days with nothing held back and no card required. We would much rather you used the trial and decided than paid and regretted it, and the trial exists so that nobody has to buy in order to find out.
After a licence key has been issued
A licence key is delivered the moment it is issued and cannot be taken back, so we do not refund a licence once its key has been sent to you. That is the ordinary position for licensed software with a free trial.
When we do refund, in full
- You were charged twiceA duplicate payment for the same licence is refunded in full, without argument, as soon as we see it.
- You paid and no key arrivedIf a payment succeeded and we did not issue your licence, you get the whole amount back or the key, whichever you prefer.
- You were charged the wrong amountThe difference is refunded.
- You bought the wrong planTell us before the key is used and we will move you to the plan you meant, refunding or invoicing the difference.
How to ask
Write to support@vertexerp.co.in or telephone 90418 83600, with the payment reference and the email address you bought under. Please tell us within seven days of the payment.
An approved refund is made through Razorpay to the same card, account or UPI ID the payment came from — we cannot send it anywhere else. Razorpay normally takes five to seven working days to put the money back, and that part is not in our hands.
Cancelling
A licence runs for the period you paid for and simply ends unless you renew it. There is no subscription running in the background, nothing takes money automatically, and there is nothing to cancel — if you do nothing, nothing is charged.
If you decide not to renew, the software stops accepting new entries when the licence ends. You can still read your books, print them and take a backup out.
