Vertex ERP is software. Nothing is posted, nothing is shipped, and there is no delivery charge.

How you get the software
- The programDownloaded from the download page on this website, straight away and at no charge. You do not need a licence to download or install it — it runs as a thirty-day trial until a key is entered.
- The licence keyIssued by us after payment and sent to the email address you gave at checkout, normally within one working day and often much sooner.
- Using the keyEnter it once in the software on the PC it is for. Nothing else has to be installed and nothing arrives separately.
- Your invoiceA GST invoice is emailed to you for the payment.
No physical delivery
There is nothing to ship. We do not send discs, dongles or printed manuals, there are no delivery charges, and no courier is involved. The help centre is on the web and inside the software.
If your key has not arrived
Check the spam folder of the address you gave, then write to support@vertexerp.co.in or telephone 90418 83600 with the payment reference. We will re-send it. A key that has not arrived is a delivery we have not completed, and the refund policy covers it.
